Below we will provide some information on the Voicemail Web Portal, you can click the photos to make them larger if it helps.
1st, you have the Voicemail Tab. here you can download your VM’s. There is a way to play the VM, but I recomend you use the WAV Download. It does not require JAVA and sometimes to play a vm live, you need a special addon. Using the wav download is easier. There are a few other tabs, I would like to bring your attention to Call Manager.
With call manager. You can setup the forwarding to your cell phone, you can also make it ring multiple numbers at the same time.
Another important setting is on the Personal Info Tab. Click through to the personal Info, and then the notification tab. here you can point the Voicemail to Email setting to your email address, You can also tell it to keep a copy of your vm, and attach it as the above picture shows. This is not the default setting, but I recommend you do this.
