Hi Everyone,
If your session is hung for any reason, don’t hit the X. Hitting the X will essentially disconnect you from the cloud leaving everything exactly as it is. In theory its the same thing as powering down your monitor and on again. When you connect back in, you are put exactly where you left off.
If you have an issue, be sure to click the Start Button and find your way to “log off” – This will close all open programs and will reboot your cloud session. Additionally we have put an “End My Session” on your desktop, it looks like a key, it may be called “Log me out” or “End My Session” this will do the same thing.
