If I had a talk with Our Customer, this is what I would want them to know

Right off the bat, I’m going to assume that your goal is to make your business successful.  You can assume the same about me, and what I do for our business.  The only way for me to make our business successful, is to make your business successful, by keeping your technology running at its best. Throughout the day, I offer our best IT practices to our customers because the most important part of a computer network is the user.  We need to understand that we are on the same page.  I want to fine tune your network into something we can both be proud of and teach you how to utilize it for maximum efficiency to achieve your business goals, in a time frame that you didn’t think was possible.

Should something happen and you need to call for support, you will be calling a place where everyone strongly believes in your success.  Our clients’ satisfaction is our top priority and I will prove it to you over time. In fact, we will build a beautiful business relationship and celebrate your success. I want to brag to my friends that I support the most successful businesses in Tampa Bay, like you.

                If you call the help desk because you’re locked out of a program, don’t worry – we are empathetic to that problem. Sometimes, we have to reset our own passwords too. We are happy to help! We often get asked to make it so passwords won’t expire and to make all of the callers passwords the same, but that is one of the easiest known ways for a criminal to conduct cybercrime: by trying the same password on multiple devices which are points of entry into our client’s network. How are we going to keep you safe if you’re not going to trust my advice? I need you to trust my experience to know that I can solve your IT challenges.  I need you to trust me when the changes seem overwhelming because I have infinite patience for teaching you how to use your hardware and software products, to make your day go smoothly.  Remember, I’m a “tech”, my motive is to assist.

I really do enjoy my job.  I am proud to be part of a team that really works hard to make sure our clients are taken care of, but we aren’t all work and no play.  I love running out of the office and jumping on my motorcycle and taking off too! Call anytime and please never apologize for “bothering me”. I love it!
